Main Duties:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients' day-to-day inquiries
  • Perform all aspects of company, trust, and fund administration
  • Prepare transaction documents, including minutes and resolutions
  • Maintain correct company and trust records, including due diligence files and databases
  • Prepare for and attend client entities' board meetings
  • Handle statutory filings and liaise with officials from the MFSA, MBR, and other government departments

What skills do you need?

  • Holder of an MCAST Diploma in Financial Services or a relevant university degree
  • Thorough understanding of company secretarial duties, statutory record-keeping, and compliance
  • Minimum 2 years (or3–4 years for senior position) experience in a similar role with local companies
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • A positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
