Main Duties:
- Serve as the main contact for clients' day-to-day inquiries
- Perform all aspects of company, trust, and fund administration
- Prepare transaction documents, including minutes and resolutions
- Maintain correct company and trust records, including due diligence files and databases
- Prepare for and attend client entities' board meetings
- Handle statutory filings and liaise with officials from the MFSA, MBR, and other government departments
What skills do you need?
- Holder of an MCAST Diploma in Financial Services or a relevant university degree
- Thorough understanding of company secretarial duties, statutory record-keeping, and compliance
- Minimum 2 years (or3–4 years for senior position) experience in a similar role with local companies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
