THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Outbound Sales Customer Service rep, you're not just answering questions — you're proactively reaching out to past and potential customers to drive repeat purchases, recover abandoned carts, and surface upsell opportunities. You are the voice of our brands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Proactively reach out to warm leads, abandoned cart customers, and past buyers via email, SMS, and phone
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns designed to increase repeat purchase rate and customer LTV
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer purchase history and preferences
  • Partner with the retention team to align outbound messaging with active promotions and campaigns
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM tools (Gorgias, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Hit and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to marketing and product teams to improve offers

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

  • You've got 1–3 years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer success experience (ecommerce a big plus)
  • Can hit our monthly quota - competitive enough to improve the quota every month
  • You're a natural communicator — warm, persuasive, and genuinely curious about the people you talk to
  • You thrive with targets and you're not afraid of rejection — you see every 'no' as data
  • You're tech-savvy with CRM tools, helpdesks, and sales platforms
  • You can think on your feet, handle objections smoothly, and adapt your tone across channels
  • You bring energy, accountability, and a competitive drive to everything you do

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience in DTC ecommerce brands (Sales team) or high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Checkout Champ, Shopify, or Aircall
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a remote environment
