What Youll Do:

• Build & Innovate Contribute to front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration of features.

• Learn & Grow Receive hands-on mentorship, participate in code reviews, and get exposure to best engineering practices.
• Collaborate & Create Work closely with product managers, designers, and senior developers to build user-centric applications.
• Refactor & Optimize Continuously improve the performance and security of applications.
• Automate & Deploy Get involved in CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and testing strategies.

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Front-end experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Back-end knowledge in Node.js, Django, Flask, or .NET.
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST, and basic cloud technologies (AWS, Firebase, or GCP is a plus).
• A hacker mindsetyou love tinkering, experimenting, and figuring out how things work.
• Strong attention to detail, with an eye for clean, maintainable code.
• A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have built and deployed personal projects or contributed to open-source.
• Have dabbled in GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Understand Agile methodologies and Git workflows.
• Are curious about AI/ML or automation in development.
