Mission

Deliver shift‐left quality with a design focus, ensuring every user flow looks and feels exactly as
intended across devices and browsers.

Responsibilities

• Visual & UX validation conduct pixel‐accurate checks against design specifications and
  maintain automated visual‐regression snapshots using industry tools.
• Automation first build and maintain end‐to‐end test suites with modern JavaScript testing
  frameworks.
• Accessibility & responsiveness audits uphold WCAG guidelines, perform screen‐reader and
  cross‐device testing.
• CI/CD integration gate merges if design, accessibility, or regression tests fail.
• Quality evangelism coach developers and designers on component QA, design‐system health, and accessibility best‐practice.

Requirements

• 35 years quality‐assurance or test‐automation experience for web applications.
• Hands‐on experience with visual‐regression, responsive‐UI, and API testing tools.
• Familiarity with collaborative design and component‐library workflows.
• Proven knowledge of automated accessibility testing techniques.
• Bonus: Experience with performance‐testing tools or recognised QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
