Human Resources Officer
We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our team. This role plays a key role in supporting all Human Resources activities within the hotel, however, will have a strong focus on driving and delivering all Learning and Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and be confident facilitating training for medium-large groups.

About the Role
Duties
- Lead the Learning and Development initiatives for the hotel including the organisation and facilitation of all training
- Work with the wider HR team and Quality Managers to track online training completion and compliance
- Collaborate with hotel leaders to promote consistent career conversations with their teams that support ongoing growth and development
- Support the wider HR team with Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Associate wellbeing and engagement initiatives and general HR functions as required
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
Skills & Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related field is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred with exposure to a customer service-based operations environment desirable
- Strong communication skills are a must, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise and influence across all levels of management important
- Very strong organisation and time management skills
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
