Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented team member to join our team. This role is responsible for a variety of operational functions, including reviewing account activities, supporting loan processes, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of member account services.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review transactional activities related to:
    • New account openings
    • Closed accounts
    • Dormant account activations
    • Account maintenance updates
    • Loan closings
  • Handle member dispute resolution processes
  • Review and reconcile shared branch transactions and reports
  • Manage returned mail and generates member notices
  • Maintain inventory of division forms and supplies
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery in professional manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ year in member/customer service with a full service financial institution; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
