As we expand our presence in Mauritius, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the Spa Ceylon franchise in Mauritius.

Play a crucial role in driving business growth by actively seeking out and acquiring new clients through strategic prospecting, targeted sales outreach, and compelling sales presentations.

Identify and establish new business opportunities, including retail/hotel partnerships, corporate collaborations, and spa integration.

Strengthen relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.

Manage customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-up on contracts and settlements.

Engage in cold calling and conduct customer meeting to support contract negotiations as required.

Track contract expiry dates and proactively renew customer agreements.

Coordinate with the global Spa Ceylon team to maintain brand consistency and operational standards.

Submit reports with insights to management and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in the beauty, wellness, or hotel industry is preferred).

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.

Passion for wellness and luxury retail.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools

Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Candidate must possess a valid driving license (Willingness to drive to client sites across Mauritius Own transportation)
