About the role
- Perform network monitoring and health checking
- Perform system upgrade, data backup/restoration
- Provide 2nd tier network support to internal parties
- Prepare operation reports
About You
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- Knowledge of Internet services and applications
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, basic switches & router configuration is preferred
- Knowledge of shell script or programming languages is an advantage
- 7 x 24 shift duty is required (with monthly allowance provided)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- 1-year experience in network field is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
