What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Rpresentative, you will:
- Handle calls through CRM agent portal
- Create quotations and orders via SAP system
- Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers
- Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)
- Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services
- Call back customers
- Lead management
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

- Are bilingual or proficient in Danish with an advanced level of English
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required (additional qualifications are considered an asset).
- A strong interest in the technical field, along with a commitment to remain in the project for at least two years, is highly valued.
- You are customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a solid commercial mindset.
- A business-oriented approach will support more effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
- Education in business or commercial fields, as well as prior experience in a contact center environment, will support your development in this role, although these are not mandatory requirements.

- Full-time (39 hours/week) permanent contract, Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00)
- Salary of €22.000 gross/year + up to €4.000 gross/year in bonus
