Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:
As a Scrum Master, your day revolves around fostering a collaborative and efficient environment for software development teams practicing Agile methodologies. You will guide and support the team by facilitating key Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth communication, and helping to overcome any obstacles that may hinder progress. Your role involves continuous engagement with team members to maintain focus on sprint goals, tracking progress through relevant metrics, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within and across teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum principles.
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint workflows.
- Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving impediments to team progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
