Responsibilities
LMS (Learning Management System) Coordinator
- Assign and track employee training within the LMS.
- Run and distribute regular and ad hoc training reports and compliance status updates for leaders, audits, etc.
- Maintain and update learning paths, curricula and user records.
- Service as first level support for LMS questions (access, navigation, troubleshooting), escalating systems issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and functional leaders to ensure training compliance.
- Support LMS related projects
HR File Maintenance & HRIS Management
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, including filing/uploadingrequired HR documents into HRIS.
- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data.
Recruitment Support & Onboarding/Off boarding
- Assist with job postings, interview coordination, and resume screening (as needed).
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of required documentation and system setup.
- Coordinate pre-hire activities such as background checks and other pre-employment related requirements.
- Coordinate US I9 process logistics, including distribution of forms prior to start date, and timely verification.
- Support off boarding tasks(communication and coordination with IT department for company property).
Employee Support & HR Operations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and performance management and troubleshoot as needed.
- Monitor shared HR and LMS email mailboxes, providing first level employee support. Route requests as needed for more complex topics.
- Serve as Radnor on-site point of contact for candidate interviews, occasional visitors and delivery vendors. Ensure mail is sorted and given to proper contacts.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5years of experience as an HRSpecialist,HR operations, employee support or similar role preferred.
- Experience in LMSs, Compliancewire strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desired.
- Ability to manage HR data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with employees across different countries and cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
