What you´ll do Planning and forecasting: Prepare financial planning, forecasting, and internal monthly financial statements. Decision support: Provide information, reports, and analysis to support decision-making across Functions, Business Units (BUs), and Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Active communication: Communicate relevant controlling topics proactively to Functions and BUs/SBUs. Cost monitoring: Monitor cost development against planned objectives and prepare deviation analysis. Compliance and governance: Ensure correct application of internal and external guidelines in financial reporting. Knowledge sharing: Spread financial controlling knowledge and awareness across the company. Continuous improvement: Contribute to the improvement of controlling concepts, processes, and tools. Project execution: Execute projects related to controlling and financial reporting. Team leadership: Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of team members; act as a role model to drive agility, resilience, and digitalization.
