Position Overview

We require a full-time Reservations & Revenue Supervisor to assist our revenue & sales team in the daily management and success of 13 properties. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall efficiency and revenue growth of our properties.

Salary: $52,000 - $55,000

Shifts: Full-time, weekends, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Training

  • Support onboarding and training of new Reservations Coordinators, ensuring they understand systems, policies, and brand standards.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to help the team manage workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members, answer questions, and identify training needs.
  • Encourage clear communication and teamwork across the reservations function and with property teams.
  • Help identify process gaps or recurring issues and suggest practical improvements.
  • Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex guest or system issues appropriately while supporting team learning.

Reservation & Booking Management

  • Ensure accuracy of OTA bookings in PMS.
  • Enter & coordinate reservation bookings.
  • Manage staff booking requests.
  • Load and update rates, promotions, and packages into the reservations system as required.
  • Work closely with each property’s guest service teams to resolve any reservation related issues promptly and effectively.

Revenue & Financial Coordination

  • Track payments owing, refunds, rate adjustments & cancellations to ensure revenue is being maximized.
  • Produce daily revenue reports.
  • Coordinate & invoice promotional stays with our marketing team.
  • Work closely with the accounting department to ensure gift card reconciliation & funds transfers are correct.

Administrative & Miscellaneous

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with online travel agency platforms and practices.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and property management software.
