Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our product and design teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure a seamless user experience. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to groundbreaking projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and optimize smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality codebase.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the Web3 and blockchain space.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience using Rust, Kotlin, or Go.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Rust, Kotlin, or Go.
• Experience with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Strong understanding of Web3 principles, including decentralization, tokenization, and cryptography.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively communicating with a distributed team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ethereum, Polkadot, or other blockchain ecosystems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript) to support full-stack development.
• Contributions to open-source projects in the Web3 community.
