The Tennessee Titans are seeking an Information Technology Fellow - Service Desk to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Information Technology team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization.
In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth.
This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.
Job Responsibilities:
This position will serve as a member of the Tennessee Titans’ service desk team. The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees needing technical assistance.
- Support internal computer systems consisting of Windows 11 and Mac operating Systems.
- Assist in creating and managing users in an Active Directory environment
- Assist in configuring new machines for employees.
- Provide general support for Stadium Events
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Computer Science, or related technology field preferred
Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook required
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN
