For our location in Dirafrost Belgium, located in Lummen, we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Sales department as Key Account Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic European retail accounts, building long-term partnerships and driving profitable growth
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across key European markets, developing and converting a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead international tenders, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate contracts with major retail customers
  • Drive private label and innovation projects from concept to successful market launch
  • Act as commercial project lead, coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations)
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and category developments to identify growth and innovation opportunities
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, manage budgets, and develop strategic account and growth plans

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of international B2B sales experience in FMCG / food industry

  • Proven track record managing European retail accounts
  • Strong success in business development and acquiring new customers
  • Experience with private label and tenders is a strong plus
  • Strong hunter mentality paired with strategic thinking

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects without direct authority
  • Fluent English required; German and/or French are a strong advantage

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (~40–50%
