As a Data Engineer- Senior Associate- Analytics as Service - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional services to clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver valuable services to clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on managed service management and strategy, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Strong experience in IBM DataStage, SQL server, DB2, Azure/AWS Cloud.
- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Leading project management efforts to streamline delivery and minimize operational risks
- Developing and implementing automation frameworks to improve service delivery and performance
- Collaborating with delivery teams to validate timely and quality execution of client engagements
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address their needs and expectations
- Designing and executing business process improvements to drive continuous service enhancement
- Overseeing budgetary management to align with project goals and client requirements
- Facilitating business transformation initiatives through strategic planning and execution
- Supporting the development of operational strategies to enhance service management and delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
