Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Issue Invoices for the Client and make sure that the transfer has been done to can enter the transaction on the SAP system.
  2. Perform deals with Clients.
  3. Handle Client complaints (Operational or Maintenance) and inquiries.
  4. Monitoring the Client consumption
  5. Prepare data analysis report which included (Amount of Clients / Number of complaints / Maintenance & Financial).
  6. Focal Point between developer & TAQA.
  7. Prepare a data analysis report for the developer (Number of new Clients & Number of disconnected Clients)
  8. Ensure that the clients have done all the notes needed for meter installation.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree required.
  • Very Good/Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Working knowledge of Client service software, databases and tools.
  • Dealing directly with Clients either by telephone or face to face and responding promptly to Client inquiries.
  • Problem Solving
  • Able to deal with different cultures and personalities.
  • 0-2 Years experience
  • Location: New Cairo
