Description

Provide technical support to end users by maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization. 

  • Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.  
  •  Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.  
  • Troubleshoot network, printer, and system problems.  
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.  
  •   Document incidents and provide timely resolutions.  
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates.  
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required.  

       Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.  
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.  
  • Knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, software applications, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting techniques.  
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.  
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
