Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-first Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a leading global customer experience company in Lisbon, Portugal. Supporting a top-tier financial technology platform that provides online payment solutions for individuals and businesses worldwide, you will assist users with digital wallet management, transactional inquiries, and payment-related troubleshooting. This role allows you to be part of a rapidly growing fintech industry leader within an international and highly supportive team.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer care across digital channels, including phone, chat, and email in Dutch.
  • Troubleshoot transaction discrepancies, account security settings, and payment issues related to digital wallet products.
  • Offer clear, timely, and empathetic resolutions to users while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Accurately log, categorize, and track all user interactions within the corporate CRM system.
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial security procedures, privacy regulations, and internal service standards.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C2 level) paired with a strong command of English (B2+ level).
  • Technical Comfort: Highly comfortable navigating PC-based tools, internet-based systems, and specialized software applications.
  • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a resilient attitude.
  • Experience (Preferred): Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar environment. Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or internet-based companies is a strong plus.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time hours operating on standard project operational shifts.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,100 Gross x 14 months per year.
  • Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day (Lunch allowance).
