Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Python Django Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Django and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend logic using Python (Django) framework.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations.

• Design database schemas and manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and QA team to deliver complete solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and apply best coding practices.

• Deploy applications and manage services on Linux-based environments.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Python and Django.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and web architecture.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

• Experience working in Linux environments and handling server-side deployments.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic familiarity to integrate with frontend).

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or automated deployment tools

• Familiarity with frontend integration (React.js or similar)

• Understanding of unit testing and TDD

• Knowledge of security best practices in web development
