  for metrics reporting function for entire company's Business Services
  (BS) Finance.

  the roll out of the different initiatives that the company's BS Finance is involved in.
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Act as
  conduit between the Initiatives team and operational teams as necessary.
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Lend
  expertise in different operational matters within the company's BS Finance.
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Identify
  opportunities for improvement and be able to bring these to the proper
  channels for implementation.
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Take part
  in other non-functional initiatives affecting entire company's BS Finance as
  necessary.

• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Graduate
  of BS Accountancy
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Must be a
  CPA
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">witth 6
  years’ experience in RTR - preferably in a shared service industry but not
  required
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">And
  handled at least 2000 HCs
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Metrics
  driven/OPEX (6 Sigma) Trained.
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Proficient
  in MS Office applications like MS outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint.
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN" lang="EN">Excellent
  communication and presentation skills
