Who Are We?

Concerto Renal Services is an industry leader in sub-acute hemodialysis within a skilled nursing facility and/or long-term care facility. We are a rapidly expanding business with a simple mission: reimagining dialysis care, one community at a time. Our model focuses on ensuring those with end-stage renal disease receive the best possible care through a more convenient, centralized, continuous care model.

Why is this Role Essential?

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth initiatives within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) market. This individual will play a critical role in expanding market presence, developing and executing growth strategies, and driving new client acquisition nationwide.

This role is designed to support the company’s next phase of growth by adding dedicated leadership and execution capacity to the sales process. The ideal candidate is a relationship-oriented healthcare sales professional who combines strategic thinking with a strong hustle mentality and a proven ability to close deals.

The National Sales Manager will work closely with executive leadership while helping to build and scale a more formalized national sales infrastructure.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop and execute a national sales and business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) market
  • Own the sales process from opportunity development through contract execution
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership on market expansion initiatives and key relationship management
  • Support leadership in evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, and market positioning within the SNF space
  • Develop outreach strategies, sales processes, and growth initiatives that can scale with the organization
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, implementation, and project management teams to ensure smooth client handoff and long-term success
  • Help formalize and strengthen sales infrastructure, reporting, and accountability processes

Qualifications

You Might Be a Fit If You are…

  • Has meaningful SNF industry relationships
  • Is respected, credible, and professional
  • Can independently generate and close opportunities
  • Brings structure and strategic thinking
  • Has a strong work ethic and “builder” mentality
  • Is collaborative with executive leadership
  • Enhances executive relationships rather than replacing them

What’s Required?

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales, business development, or growth leadership experience
  • Proven success developing and closing complex deals within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) industry
  • Deep understanding of SNF operations, market dynamics, and decision-making structures
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to command respect and build trust with sophisticated stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a hands-on approach
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • High level of professionalism, follow-through, and relationship management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving growth environment
  • Willingness to travel nationally (50%+ travel required)
