The Role
eSentire is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, execution and return on investment of field marketing activities in the Central & Western US regions. This role is responsible for managing marketing programs and campaigns.
You will align with the regional sales vice president and the channel leadership in region to provide them with regional support for all field and channel activities, including tech alliance initiatives, marketing and partner led virtual events, campaigns, content, and programs to effectively move prospects through the buyer’s journey. Your focus will include operationalizing the company’s value proposition to support in driving new business, expansion and renewal revenues.
Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and execute marketing strategy and plan, both near and long-term for the regions (including consideration for channel partners, tech alliances and direct sales)
- Execute modern, multi-channel strategies based on the unique requirements of each region including a series of online and offline events
- Roll-out new campaigns and programs to Sales to enable optimal lead follow-up and ROI on marketing efforts
- Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive awareness in the marketplace as well as build and accelerate pipeline for Sales
- Track and measure ROI and feedback on Field Marketing activities to aid in strategic decision making on Marketing investments and budgets
- Develop and manage customer reference, referral and retention strategies and programs
- Identify and target customers for referrals, then create the case studies for use in marketing campaigns
- Lead the channel marketing function that is also aligned to the regions which includes channel partner focused (virtual) events, joint programs and initiatives including the funding and management of partner MDF programs.
- Lead and grow a high performing field marketing team that operates with discipline
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in B2B Marketing (ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience working with sales leadership, marketing and product teams to build effective relationships and programs
- Demonstrated success planning and executing multiple modern marketing programs, managing creative agencies, vendors and regional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, ABM and other marketing software
