KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Effectively process and track orders. (Via email and over the phone)
- Proactively manage the order book of accounts to ensure accuracy of orders and on time delivery.
- Handle issues in a timely and efficient manner by working closely with the sales representatives and their respective dealers.
- Develop, produce, and analyze various reports on a weekly basis to manage order books (availability, cancellation, allocation reports, etc.)
- Communicate and follow up when required with the distribution center, traffic, product, purchasing, and credit department.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- College diploma in administration or related field;
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience, hockey retail experience is an asset;
- Strong knowledge of hockey products an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
- Ability to offer superior customer service;
- Strong communication skills over the phone and via email;
- Ability to provide solutions and resolve issues;
- Bilingual (French and English).
