Description
Job Title: HR Manager Performance
Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary Range: 120,000 to 140,000 PKR
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Design and execute performance appraisal programs, including KPIs and OKRs.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training and development needs.
- Address performance-related concerns and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and motivation.
- Generate performance reports and recommend strategic improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of performance appraisal systems and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and performance tracking tools.
- Experience in the telecom industry (preferred).
