Job Summary:

Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain - Transition
& Transformation Specialist to lead the SAP S4HANA Supply Chain full-cycle implementation. This role
involves system design, deployment, process optimization, and regional team
coordination to ensure seamless integration of SAP supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and adapt supply chain
  services to meet customer expectations.
• Lead the design and
  implementation
  of SAP S4HANA solutions, including architecture, engineering,
  development, testing, deployment, and compliance with global standards.
• Create and maintain service
  documentation to
  ensure seamless transition to operations.
• Enforce change
  management processes for supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with Global
  Process Owners and Domain Owners to optimize SAP-based supply chain workflows.
• Evaluate and manage regional
  change requests,
  ensuring alignment with standardized templates.
• Monitor and support regional
  deployment teams
  to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Lead the development
  of SAP S4HANA global templates, including the preparation of regional retrofit teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of
  professional experience in Supply Chain and SAP S4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes within Procurement, Sales, or Outbound operations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S4HANA customizing and development.
• Experience with cross-functional development, Cloud integration, and
  business process customization.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, databases, networks, and
  clients.
• Strong project management
  and performance
  management skills.
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and conflict resolution abilities.
• 
  Fluent in English; additional language skills and intercultural experience are advantageous.
