Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity that requires technical background or curiosty with French, Italian, German or Dutch fluency.

Starting Date: December 11th

Working Model: On Site in Lisbon

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
  • Deliver top-quality service for international clients
  • Maintain accurate case documentation in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Fluent French, Italian, German or Dutch speaking skills
  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
  • Ability to work shift-based
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Creativity and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • EU passaport holder or already in Portugal (with residence card)
