• Hong Kong admitted solicitor
• Trained and qualified in the corporate team of an international law firm or top tier domestic firm with strong academic credentials
• Stable work history
• Experience of drafting prospectuses, bonus points if they have experience of drafting the financial sections
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) a must
• Any levels between 1 PQE to counsel level would be considered
• Bonus if you are immediately available
• Strong team work ethic, attention to detail, strong client relationship building skills
