About the Role
As Head of Business Development, you will drive the agency's growth by generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will work directly with the CEO, helping to shape sales strategy, expand the client base, and identify opportunities for upselling and reviving existing accounts. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, analyze needs, and close deals.
  • Prepare proposals and pitch decks that address real client challenges.
  • Maintain a transparent sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on quarterly sales strategies.
  • Upsell and revive existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Propose innovative sales strategies without requiring multiple layers of approval.
  • Mentor junior sales staff as the team expands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with boutique agencies or professional service firms.
  • Familiarity with pitch deck creation, proposals, and strategic account management.
  • Startup experience in high-growth environments.

Language Proficiency

  • Native Thai
  • Fluent English
