Procurement Manager 

Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement activities related to CAPEX projects, raw material sourcing, supplier negotiations, and inventory control. This role ensures materials are acquired efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in alignment with production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement for CAPEX projects from planning through execution
  • Source raw materials and evaluate supplier capabilities
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
  • Oversee inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Track purchasing activities and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
  • Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing CAPEX procurement
  • Strong background in raw material sourcing
  • Skilled in supplier negotiations and contract management
  • Experience with inventory control processes
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to work in environments requiring PPE
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
