In this role, you won't just build reports; you will own the end-to-end delivery of automated reporting solutions, drive Power BI adoption across the organization, and act as a bridge between complex data structures and strategic business insights. Working closely with our internal data team, you will shape our data models and establish best practices for a high-performing analytics culture.
Your Key Responsibilities:

- System Optimization: Evaluate and improve existing BI systems, ensuring high performance, data accuracy, and security across all reporting layers.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with function leads to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- QA & Governance: Establish and maintain rigorous unit testing, troubleshooting, and documentation standards for the analytics platform.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- BI Expertise: Deep proficiency in Power BI is preferred; however, expert-level experience in Tableau or Qlik is highly valued if you are willing to transition.
- Language: Professional English proficiency (C1 level preferred, B2 minimum).
Your Technical Skillset:
- Advanced DAX & Power Query: Expert knowledge in writing complex DAX measures and optimizing M code for performance.
- SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning.
- Data Architecture: Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Analysis: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn "raw data" into a compelling narrative.
- Excel: High proficiency in advanced Excel (Power Pivot, VBA is a plus).
Nice to Have:
- Cloud Data Warehousing: Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Azure Synapse.
- Advanced Automation: Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Python/R for data science applications.
- Agile: Experience working in a Scrum or Kanban environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the Accountancy, Finance, or Fintech sectors.
