What you will be responsible for:

  • Sales: Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for mining products, negotiating sales terms.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities and prospect new clients together with team; build relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Research & Learning: Understand market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Promotion: Lead promotional activities, events and communication campaigns in Bhutan market.
  • Report: Prepare reports on market insights, client feedback, sales activity, monitor client performance.
  • Collaborate: Work together with other internal teams (product, operations, customer support) to align marketing and sales objectives.

How you will stand out:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing of products.
  • Bachelors in Business, Sales, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Knowledge and understanding about blockchain technology.
