• Drafting and preparing documents and presenting PMH and all its subsidairies as defendant or plaintiff or related party at the courts or arbitrations.
• Company Secretary for setting the meeting schedule and preparing meeting document sets and any other relating jobs for BOM or GMS meeting
• Giving consultancy regarding managing and using of an apartment building
• 
  Representing PMH to participate in court
  
• Other jobs as assigned by the department head from time to time.

• 4 to 6 years experience with a bachelor's degree in Law
• Having good acknowledgment and experience in solving disputes at courts or arbitration centers; in organization and operation of JSC or LLC; in management of high rise buildings.
• Good at writing English

• Working from 8 AM – 5 PM or Flexible working hours as policy
• Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
