💼 Role: Graphic Designer

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Role Overview:

Vagaro is seeking a creative, ambitious, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our customer design team in India. This role is ideal for a passionate designer with strong visual design skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the design team, you will work closely with a US-based Client Manager who will handle all direct client communication. You will support a variety of branding and digital design initiatives for Vagaro customers, including branded app design, custom website updates, marketing assets, and in-platform design support such as Featured Approvals and Portfolio Approvals.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work across a variety of design styles and effectively incorporate feedback
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Comfortable working independently with limited team face time as the rest of the team is US based
• Experience working in a team-based environment
• Experience with Squarespace, Wix, or other website builders
• Experience creating or editing website layouts and visual assets

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the US-based Client Manager andDesign Team to create custom branding solutions for Vagaro customers
• Design and update branded apps that align with each business’s identity and brand standards
• Create and edit MySite website designs and layouts for clients within the Vagaro platform
• Support internal design workflows including Featured Approvals and Portfolio Approvals within the software
• Create custom marketing assets including promotional graphics, and branded visuals
• Review business portfolio images to ensure consistency with Vagaro brand guidelines
• Assist with resizing and uploading images for Venue Gallery, Digital Gift Certificates, Pay Desk screensavers, and other platform assets
• Create and curate templates and creative assets for use across the Vagaro Pro software ecosystem
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute conceptually driven creative solutions
• Stay current with design trends, digital experiences, and emerging creative technologies
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining high attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned
