This multinational corporation is hiring a senior legal counsel to join their regional team based in Hong Kong, you will:

• Advise senior management/business units on the legal, compliance, risk and regulatory matters affecting their business operations in their Hong Kong and regional activities
• Liaise with regulatory/Government authorities as required regarding any investigations, litigation and/or enquiries
• Review and draft commercial contracts
• Stay up to date on legal and regulatory updates
• Manage the advice sought from external counsel to provide commercial and practical solutions

Requirements

• 12-15 Years' PQE qualified in Hong Kong/common law jurisdiction
• Technically sound with excellent law firm/in-house experience gained in the FMCG and/or retail/manufacturing sectors
• Proficient in drafting contracts and correspondence adeptly in both English and Chinese languages.
• Commercially savvy with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese languages
