Description

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer - Service to be based in our Bahrain office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty, and hence, we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years’ Service Sales experience within the Elevator industry, with overall minimum 5 years Sales experience

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service

  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs

  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Key Accounts and a strong customer focus

  • Excellent Arabic & English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • GCC experience is preferred.
