## Your tasks
As our **Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d),** you will play a key role in the French & Belgium Sales team, ensuring smooth retail operations and acting as the link between client accounts and internal teams.
You thrive at the intersection of operations and sales and enjoy making processes run smoothly so the customer experience feels effortless. You bring structure, take ownership, and have a strong eye for detail — whether it’s managing orders, coordinating stakeholders, or improving operational processes.
What you’ll actually do:
## Account Management & Commercial Execution
* Ensure the implementation and follow-up of commercial agreements
* Manage invoicing and financial tracking of client accounts
* Coordinate the operational execution of commercial plans, promotions, and retailer requirements
* Maintain and update client databases and assortment files
* Respond to client requests in close collaboration with internal teams
## Data & Tools Coordination
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensure accurate product and client master data across systems
* Manage retailer article information and platform access
* Identify and support process improvements to increase operational efficiency
## Administration & Reporting
* Maintain pricing matrices and sales reporting files
* Monitor commercial KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels
* Support budget tracking and reporting processes
## Your profile
* You have **2–4 years of experience** in sales operations, customer service, account coordination, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, international or consumer-facing environment
* You hold a degree in **Business, Economics, Management**, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
* You have a good understanding of commercial processes such as order management, invoicing, customer service workflows, and KPI tracking
* You are comfortable working with **data and systems** (e.g. CRM tools, databases, or ERP systems) and enjoy maintaining structure and data quality
* You have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, or Customer Service teams
* You are proactive, hands-on, and motivated by improving processes and customer experience
* You speak fluent **French and English**
* You are based in France, ideally in or near **Paris**
