As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You support Supplier Management by coordinating and structuring key tasks and are responsible for designing and optimizing processes within the relevant DKV systems related to supplier management You create the framework for effective collaboration between different departments and business areas You optimize cross-functional processes to increase efficiency and ensure quality, and you support users, for example through training sessions You implement, monitor, and document process-relevant application standards You act as a sub-project manager or project manager for various topics within Supplier Management You contribute your experience in independently creating, analyzing, and using KPIs and statistics for different internal target groups You gather department-relevant information, analyze it professionally, and derive appropriate measures You support the introduction and further development of systems and tools within the department, take ownership of selected processes from development through execution, and work closely with key interfaces and stakeholders across the business
