Description

HGC Construction is looking for a Superintendent II who takes pride in leadership, accountability, and delivering projects the right way. In this role, you’ll manage field operations with minimal oversight, typically overseeing up to $10 million in annual work, or supporting larger projects under a Superintendent II. You’ll be a hands-on leader in the field—driving safety, quality, schedule, and cost control—while mentoring Assistant Superintendents and helping develop the next generation of leaders. This role offers meaningful responsibility and a clear path for continued growth through project-specific responsibility matrices.

At HGC Construction, we are building for the long haul. Exceptional work begins with people who share our values and commitment to excellence. That’s why we emphasize balance, supporting both professional growth and personal fulfillment. Our culture thrives on celebrating shared victories, encouraging development, and making a lasting impact on our clients and communities. At HGC Construction, we’re not just building structures—we’re building a legacy of quality, integrity, and purpose.
