Description

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a customer service rep for Colorado's Office of Economic Security, Division of Food and Energy Assistance Program. This role is full-time, 3 months in duration, hybrid (1 day in office).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

● Voicemail transcription

● Responding to live calls from Summer EBT clients

● Processing Summer EBT card replacement requests for clients

● Calling Summer EBT clients to gather information for follow-up

● Supporting walk-in Summer EBT clients in-person

● Escalating complicated client requests to the Summer EBT team as needed

● Data entry into spreadsheets

Minimum qualifications:

● Familiarity with excel or Google sheets

● Familiarity with communication methods (email, voicemail, phone call, virtual conferencing)

● Ability to communicate clearly to provide effective customer service to clients

Preferred qualifications:

● Experience with ebtEDGE system

● Experience with Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS)

● Familiarity with Summer EBT program

● Spanish speaking
