We’re seeking two high-impact Human Resources (HR) Consultants who operate at a strategic level and are sought out by leaders as a trusted advisors. These are not transactional HR roles—they require someone who can challenge thinking, shape business decisions, and translate strategy into disciplined talent outcomes. As an HR advisor and partner to senior leaders, you will play a critical role in organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and leadership enablement. You’ll work across complex, shared services and revenue-driving areas of the business—bringing a point of view, integrating across HR disciplines, and ensuring leaders have the insight and support needed to make high-quality decisions. This role is best suited for an experienced HR professional who thrives in ambiguity, values influence over authority and is comfortable operating in environments where expectations—and impact—are high. |
