Job Description

1. Fluent in English and Chinese communication
2. Candidates who can read and write Chinese are preferred
3. Diploma degree or above, major in human resources management or other related majors are preferred
4. Candidates with human resources experience is preferred
5. Have good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and stress resistance
6. Proficient in using office software

Requirement

1. Responsible for recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other related work;
2. Develop and implement human resource planning according to the company's strategic development needs;
3. Establish and improve human resource management systems and processes, and supervise implementation;
4. Responsible for employee recruitment, interviews, employment, entry, resignation and other procedures;
5. Organize and carry out employee training to improve employees' professional skills and comprehensive quality;
