Role Summary:

• 
  Lead the End User Computing (EUC) team, including resource planning, performance, and capability development
• 
  Define and drive EUC strategy, standards, and roadmap across Asia
• 
  Act as technical lead for Modern Workplace (M365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, etc.)
• 
  Oversee delivery of EUC projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes
• 
  Manage vendors and service providers, including contracts and escalations
• 
  Drive automation initiatives (PowerShell, Graph API, Power Platform) to improve efficiency
• 
  Support AI-enabled end-user tools and platforms (e.g. Copilot, Gemini, AI Foundry)
• 
  Ensure security, compliance, and audit requirements are met (e.g. PCI, IT controls)
• 
  Provide escalation support for major incidents and lead root cause analysis
• 
  Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams for cross-domain solutions
• 
  Report service performance, risks, and improvement plans to management

Requirements:

• 
  Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 
  Strong experience in Windows desktop/server, M365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online
• 
  Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage
• 
  Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• 
  Experience in regional or multi-site environments preferred
• 
  Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities
• 
  Experience in IT service management, vendor management, and project delivery
