Work Schedule: Fully Onsite | Dayshift | Monday - Friday

The Corporate Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist will be responsible for identifying learning needs, designing and implementing training programs, managing learning platforms, and partnering with business leaders to develop a high-performing workforce.
The ideal candidate comes from a technology, digital, IT, software, telecommunications, fintech, or similar fast-paced corporate environment and has experience supporting both technical and non-technical employee populations.

Key Responsibilities:
Learning Needs Analysis and Strategy
  • Partner with business leaders, department heads, and HR teams to identify organizational, departmental, and individual learning and development needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, performance reviews, skills gap analyses, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Develop annual learning and development plans aligned with business objectives and workforce capability requirements.
Training Design and Development
  • Design, develop, and update training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, job aids, and learning resources.
  • Create engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to build role-specific and functional training curricula.
Training Delivery and Facilitation
  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs for employees across various levels.
  • Deliver onboarding programs for new hires to support successful integration into the organization.
  • Conduct workshops focused on leadership development, professional skills, communication, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support technical learning initiatives in partnership with IT, Engineering, Product, Digital, and Technology teams.
Learning Management and Administration
  • Manage training calendars, schedules, participant registrations, attendance records, and learning documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external training providers, facilitators, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance training programs are completed within required timelines.
  • Maintain training budgets and monitor resource utilization where applicable.
Performance and Capability Development
  • Support the development and implementation of competency frameworks and career development programs.
  • Partner with managers to create learning pathways that support employee growth and succession planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to leadership development and high-potential employee programs.
Learning Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
  • Measure training effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze learning data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Track key learning metrics such as participation rates, completion rates, assessment scores, and learning impact.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, department managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on learning and capability development initiatives.
  • Present learning recommendations, progress updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Organizational Development, and other HR functions to support workforce development objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Corporate Training, or related HR functions.
  • Experience working in technology, software, IT services, telecommunications, fintech, digital, e-commerce, or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating corporate training programs.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, career development programs, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-learning development tools and virtual learning technologies.
  • Experience analyzing learning metrics and preparing management reports.
