Responsibilities;

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as service contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and align with the company's objectives.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and meeting minutes.
• Support the company in fulfilling corporate governance obligations.
• Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations impacting the life insurance industry.
• Ensure the company's operations comply with prevailing legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to commercial and corporate matters.
• Provide advice and recommendations to minimize exposure to legal disputes.
• Provide legal advice to various departments on matters such as product compliance, marketing materials, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with external counsel when required.
• Assist in resolving disputes or litigation involving commercial or corporate issues.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings as necessary.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and other stakeholders regarding corporate legal matters.
• Support cross-departmental projects requiring legal expertise.
