KalSoft is looking for a motivated Project Manager with 2 years of experience to manage and deliver technology projects while ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

• Coordinate with internal teams including developers, consultants, and business analysts.

• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress with stakeholders and management.

• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate meetings, status reports, and project reviews.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the IT industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Microsoft technologies or enterprise solutions.

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
