Description
Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of pet product accounts to meet and exceed sales targets
Foster long-term, consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote new pet products and services
Prepare and present sales reports and analyses to the regional management team
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 1 year of working experience as a field sales agent in a pet distribution company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deals
Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the pet products market
Drivers license- Must know how to drive manual transmission vehicle
PREFERENCES:
Able to drive a motorcycle
