Instructional Designer requires:

- Experience with E-Learning design and expert knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
- Instructional Designer, E-Learning Design, Adult Learning Theory, Asana, Docebo, Rise 360, Storyline, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Graphic Design.
Instructional Designer duties:
- Design and Create Learning Materials
- Designs, develops, and maintains learning programs and materials that support all departments across Risk Operations.
- Ensures all training materials align with company brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive learner experience.
- Provides recommendations for training solutions that address business needs and performance gaps.
- Creates content that can be effectively delivered both digitally and in-person, supporting future trainer-led opportunities.
- Manages multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, maintaining clear priorities and timelines.
- Balances workload effectively while collaborating with teammates and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Tracks and reports on key learning metrics, learner engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Uses data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and learner outcomes.
- Partners closely with department stakeholders to define learning goals, objectives, and success metrics.
