The Opportunity:

The Project Manager 1 is responsible for providing overall management for assigned Changed Requests, low and medium complexity projects, including IT or non-IT related CRs and projects (Real Estate, Legal, Financial), which may be internal or Client facing. The incumbent will be able to manage multiple CR/Projects at one time, managing project scope, budget, costs, timeline and resources to ensure adherence with approved project plans. Documents, reports and escalates variances to plan and suggests a course of action as required, including working with the team to identify, anticipate and manage project issues and risks, escalating risk/issues that are unresolved to senior management. Leads the change request estimation process to ensure all responses are delivered within the prescribed SLA.

This is a hybrid role with requirements to be on site 3 days a week, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration. #

About The Role:

What You Need to Succeed:

Education:

• College diploma or undergraduate university degree in a related discipline or a combination of experience, education and/or training deemed to be equivalent.
• PMP or working towards PMP certification

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience following a structured project management methodology.

Skill requirements

• Working knowledge of PMI’s project management approach and completion of an introductory course.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization, including client-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and influence without authority.
